~Shipping ~

All items ship out in 1-3 Business Days. We ship via USPS and will ship First Class or Priority Mail, dependent upon what method you chose and package weight when placing the order. 


Once in a while an item will need to be returned but we work hard to be sure you love your item as much as we do! We love to answer questions you may have about an item you're thinking about ordering, you can email us at so we can personally answer those questions about fit, fabrics and sizing. Our goal is always to reduce the number of returns because it saves all of us time and money. Win Win for all!  

However, if an item must be returned, we offer STORE CREDIT which will be issued via email upon us receiving the returned item in NEW & UNUSED condition with tags still attached. It must be free of all odors, pet hair and have original tags. Item must be returned within 14 DAYS of confirmed order on our site. All shipping expenses are the buyer's responsibility. Please email us to let us know you will be returning an item so we can be expecting it. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if needed, and if items are returned without any prior communication a 20% restocking fee will be deducted. A restocking fee will also be deducted if the items do not return to us, in their new and unused condition. A restocking fee will be deducted if the item is returned to us after the 14 day policy. If the item is more than 20 days past, the item will be returned back to sender at your cost. WE ALLOW 3 RETURNS PER CUSTOMER. As a small business it is too costly to continue shipping items back and forth, therefore we have implemented a 3 piece return limit per customer. 

All jewelry on the Sterling Silver and Authentic Turquoise Collection page is non-returnable and our Boot and Shoe collection are non-returnable as well. Please be sure you love what you're ordering from those collections and don't hesitate to ask questions before purchase!

Flash Sale items, items purchased in a sale (Ex: Cyber Monday/Black Friday/New Years sale with discount code), and "Throw It In For $12" are also final sales and non-returnable. 

Any orders placed that then are asked to be cancelled will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. 

Please let us know via email ( that you have an item that needs to be returned. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
